Returns & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts for 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the packaging tags intact.
Exchange is applicable only once per order.
Exchanges (if applicable)
You can apply for an exchange if the product received is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong size of the product.
The procedure for an exchange is as follows:

Once your request for exchange is confirmed by our customer care executives, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.
Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit.
Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check. If it passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will ship the new product to you.
If products goes out of stock, the product value will be refunded in your bank account.
Return (not applicable)
All sales are final. No refunds on any orders will be made.
No returns or exchange are applicable on dress material, unstitched clothes.
Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur a cancellation fee of Rs 100/-.
Refund amount will be credited in customer's account with in a week (7 Business Days).
